PUMPKIN-APPLE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter, soft
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. apples, diced
1 c. pumpkin
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger

Cream butter, beat in sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla, apples and pumpkin. Blend dry ingredients. Turn in greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. turn onto rack to cool. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar when cool.
