APPLE BUTTER PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. solid pack pumpkin
1 c. apple butter
1/4 c. packed dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
1 (9 inch) deep dish pie shell
Streusel Topping

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine filling ingredients in order given; pour into pie shell. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted 2 inches from center comes out clean. Top with streusel topping. Bake for additional 15 minutes.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

3 tbsp. softened butter
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. dark brown sugar
1/3 c. chopped pecans

Combine. Eat and enjoy!
