3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. salt
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. vanilla

Blend eggs, oil and sugar together. Sift flour, salt, and soda together. Add dry mixture to egg mixture, blending well. Stir in vanilla, apples, and nuts. Bake in greased 9-inch tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
