CARAMEL BROWNIES 
1 pkg. Kraft caramels
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus German chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/3 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. chocolate chips

Melt together caramels and milk. With mixer, blend cake mix, butter, milk, and nuts. Take 1/2 of batter; pat into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove from oven; spread on caramel, then sprinkle with chocolate chips. Take rest of batter and crumble over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. This can be refrigerated.
