SAUTEED PORK AND VEGETABLES 
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 lbs. pork cutlet, sliced on the bias
2 tbsp. soy sauce
20 fresh mushrooms, cleaned and thinly sliced
20 cooked pearl onions
2 c. blanched broccoli flowerettes
1/2 c. mandarin orange segments
2 c. heated brown sauce
3 tbsp. plum sauce and salt and pepper

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in frying pan. When hot, add half of pork and cook 2 minutes over medium high heat. Season well and turn pork over; sprinkle with half of soy sauce. Continue cooking for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside. (Repeat procedure for remaining pork.) Heat remaining oil in frying pan. When hot, add mushrooms, onions, and broccoli; cook 3 minutes and stir occasionally. Stir in mandarin orange segments and cook 1 minute. Add brown sauce and plum sauce; mix well. Cook 3 minutes over low heat. Replaces pork in frying pan and simmer several minutes to reheat. Serve over spaghetti.
