1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) Rotini pasta 1 lb. ground beef 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1 tsp. chili powder Dash of pepper 1 can tomato soup 1/2 c. water 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese Cook the Rotini, according to package directions. Saute the ground beef and onion together. Drain off fat; add salt, chili powder and pepper; mix well. Add soup, water, rotini, kidney beans and half of the cheese. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes - until heated through and the cheese is melted. Serves 6-8. |
