CANDIED SWEET POTATOES 
4 med. sweet potatoes
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. white miniature marshmallows

Cook potatoes until soft, then peel and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Layer potatoes in a casserole dish sprinkling brown sugar and butter between layers and on top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Add (on top) marshmallows during last 5 minutes. Brown lightly. Serves 6.
