CREAMY HAM AND MACARONI 
4 oz. macaroni
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt - pepper
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. dry mustard (scant)
1 c. skim milk
4 oz. shredded cheese
6 oz. diced ham
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can drained mushrooms

Cook macaroni. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and dry mustard. Blend in milk. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly. Add cheese, stir until melted. Add macaroni, ham, broccoli and mushrooms. Mix well. Pour in sprayed 2 quart casserole. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
