BAKED RHUBARB DESSERT 
CRUST MIX:

1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. milk

FILLING MIX:

3 c. rhubarb, diced
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter

Mix crust ingredients and place on the bottom of pan. Mix all of filling mix and put on top of crust mix. Top this with topping mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
