TEXAS POTATOES | |
1 lb. frozen hash browns 1/2 c. diced onion 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 c. buttermilk 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup Mix all ingredients together while potatoes are slightly frozen. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and mix 3/4 cup of crushed corn flakes. Put on top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. |
