CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening (Crisco)
3 c. sugar
6 lg. eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
6 tbsp. cocoa (Hershey's)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
3 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Sift flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt together 3 times. Add flour mixture and milk alternately. Add vanilla and mix well.

Bake in greased tube pan for 1 hour and 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Serve with a sauce made from parts of orange liqueur and Elmer's Goldblick Sauce
