STUFFED HAM ROLLS 
10 thin slices ham
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine spinach, stuffing, sour cream. Spread 1/4 cup stuffing mixture down center of each ham slice. Roll up and place seam side down in single layer in 8x12 inch baking dish.

Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour. Gradually add milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. Add Cheddar cheese; stir until cheese melts. Pour over ham. Sprinkle with paprika and Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes. Serve hot with sauce spooned over ham rolls. Makes 10 rolls.
