FROSTED FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
Juice of 1 lemon
2 c. boiling water
2 bananas, diced
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and lemon juice. Chill until partly set. Fold in pineapple, marshmallows and bananas. Pour in a 9 x 12 x 3-inch loaf pan. Chill until set. Frost salad with following frosting.

FROSTING:

2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Combine flour and sugar. Slowly stir in egg and milk. Stir in juice. Cook until thickened. Cool. Fold in cream.
