SALAMI 
2 lb. hamburger meat
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. mustard seed
2 tbsp. tender quick salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke
3/4 c. water

Mix well and form into 3 rolls. Wrap rolls in foil and put in refrigerator for 2 or 3 days. Take out of refrigerator, prick holes on bottom of rolls to let the grease come out. Bake 1 hour with 350 degrees, let cool and re-wrap in clean foil. Put in refrigerator until ready to use. Good served with crackers.
