SALAMI SAUSAGE 
2 lbs. ground beef (good grade)
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. marjoram
3 tbsp. Morton Tender Quick curing salt
1/4 tsp. sage
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. water

Mix thoroughly. Roll into 3 rolls in tin foil. Tie ends with string. Let set in refrigerator 3 days and then boil for 1 hour. Store in refrigerator.
