SALAMI 
10 lb. hamburger
10 tsp. curing salt
5 tsp. mustard seeds
7 tsp. coarse pepper
7 tsp. garlic salt
4 tsp. hickory smoked salt
7 tsp. Lawry seasoned salt

Mix all together. Refrigerate 3 days. Knead every day. On day 4 roll into 3 logs and place in broiler pan. Bake 160 degrees for 8 hours.
