HARVEST SOUP 
2 c. celery, bias cut 1/4" thick
2 c. carrots, bias cut 1/4" thick
1 c. chopped onions
4 c. chicken stock or water
4 sm. zucchini
2 c. rotini or elbow
1 tsp. dry rosemary
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 lb. hamburger, sauteed
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Salt & pepper
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes

In 4 quart kettle saute celery, carrots, onions and garlic in 2 tablespoons oil. In skillet saute hamburger. When both are sauteed add hamburger mixture to kettle. Then add rest of ingredients. Cook until macaroni is tender.
