HAMBURGER-CARROT SOUP 
1 lb. lean ground round
1 lb. carrots, shredded
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can celery soup
2 tbsp. picante or salsa
1 (32 oz.) bottle V-8 vegetable juice
Pinch of chili powder
1/2 c. chopped onion

Place vegetable juice and celery soup in slow cooker and whisk to blend. Saute ground round and onion and drain. Add all ingredients to slow cooker and simmer 4 hours or until done.
