SPINACH AND CHEESE DIP 
1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Soup and Recipe Mix
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, coarsely chopped

Blend soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in spinach, cheese and water chestnuts. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Makes 5 cups.
