TEX-MEX DIP 
3 med. sized avocados
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 lg. bunch green onions
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 (flat cans) pitted ripe olives, drained and coarsely chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 cans bean dip
3 med. sized tomatoes, cored, halved, seeded and coarsely chopped
Lg. round tortilla chips

Peel, pit, and mash avocados in a medium sized bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix in bowl.
