STUFFING FOR BELL PEPPER 
1 to 2 lbs. ground meat
1 c. rice and 2 c. water
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 can tomato paste
1 can Rotel tomatoes

Cook meat and drain. Add water to rice and cook about 25 minutes or until water is absorbed (set aside). Add chopped onions, bell pepper to meat and let it get hot again. Then add both tomatoes and rice. Mix all ingredients well. Salt and pepper to taste.
