STUFFED BELL PEPPERS 
6 green peppers
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 lb. ground meat
1 c. wet squeezed bread
3 eggs
Salt & pepper
Bread crumbs

Cut off tops of peppers, remove insides and boil 5 minutes. Saute onions in butter. Add ground meat and chopped garlic. Cook 5 to 10 minutes. Add bread, work in eggs, season and cook 5 more minutes. Stuff peppers; sprinkle with bread crumbs, dot with butter and bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
