POTATO NACHOS | |
6 med. potatoes, thinly sliced Salt & pepper 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz Mexican cheese spread Chopped green onion Chopped tomatoes Sour cream Spread potato slices on greased cookie sheets; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven 25-30 minutes. Place on serving dish. Heat cheese spread according to label directions; pour over potatoes. Top with green onions, tomatoes and sour cream. |
