POTATO SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. raw, sliced potatoes
1/2 lb. grated cheese

Brown meat and drain. Mix soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. In large casserole layer potatoes, soup mixture and sausage. Repeat layers, ending with sausage. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours to 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with cheese and melt in oven.
