POTATO SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. raw potatoes, I use cooked and cut down on baking time
1/2 to 1 lb. grated cheese

Brown and drain sausage. Mix soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. In large casserole layer potatoes, soup, sausage. Repeat layers ending with sausage. Dot with butter. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with grated cheese and melt in oven.
