SPICED PUMPKIN PRUNE LOAF 
4 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 c. prune juice
4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ginger
2 c. quartered pitted prunes
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Beat eggs. Add oil, sugar, pumpkin, juice. In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add to rest. Mix to rest. Mix to blend. Fold in prunes and walnuts. Split batter in half. Pour each into greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
