PUMPKIN TEA LOAF 
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. pumpkin
1/4 c. light molasses

Combine all dry ingredients by sifting together. Cream brown sugar and shortening. Combine with dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add any remaining ingredients. Grease two 8 x 4 x 3 inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and frost with Orange Frosting.
