PEAR-CHEESE PINEAPPLE SALAD 
This is a three layered salad to be made in 2 bread pans or 3 small loaf pans. (Very nice at Christmas time).

1 sm. pkg. cherry Jello
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
6 pear halves
6 maraschino cherries
1 c. whipping cream
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple and juice

FIRST LAYER: Dissolve package of cherry Jello in 1 cup boiling water and add 1 cup pear juice. Place pears in pan down with cherry in center of each pear. Pour Jello over pears and put in refrigerator to jell.

SECOND LAYER: Dissolve lemon Jello in 1 cup boiling water and add 1 cup cold water. Let thicken in refrigerator. Whip 1 cup whipping cream and fold in Jello. Add cheese which has been left at room temperature (mix all together until blended) pour on first layer - refrigerate.

THIRD LAYER: Dissolve lime Jello in 1 cup boiling water and add 1 cup pineapple juice, add crushed pineapple and pour over cheese layer; chill until set. Serves 18-20.
