PEAR-SWISS CHEESE SALAD 
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 ripe pears, cored & sliced
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chopped roasted cashews
Lettuce leaves

Combine sour cream, yogurt and cinnamon; add pears, cheese and cashews, tossing gently. Cover and chill. Serve on lettuce leaves. Serves 4.
