1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. real MAYONNAISE
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 chocolate flavored ready-crust (6 oz. size)

In large bowl at medium speed, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth, gradually beat in sugar. Beat in eggs - one at a time; beat in chocolate and vanilla. Pour into pie crust. Place on cookie sheet and slide into 350 degree oven, still on cookie sheet. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool, then chill 4 hours, or until set.
