SANDEE BASIC QUICK MIX 
8 1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 c. powdered milk
1 1/2 c. oil

Blend well. Store in airtight container in cool, dry place. Use up in 10 to 12 weeks. (I use whole wheat flour.)
