GRANNY'S MEATLOAF 'N' TATORS | |
1 lb. ground meat (or more if you like) 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. tomato paste or ketchup or tomato soup Mix ingredients well and place in deep pan. Cut up 3 to 4 medium Irish potatoes; place in pan and pour 1 cup of water over them. Salt and pepper potatoes. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes. Uncover, and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until meat is slightly browned on top. |
