TACO BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 doz. hard taco shells, break into pieces
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 c. grated cheese

Brown beef and onion, drain, oil casserole dish, layer 1/2 taco shells (broken up). Next add all the beef and onions, next 1/2 of the cheese, next the rest of the shells. Pour the soup mixed with milk over this. Sprinkle on green chilies and the rest of the cheese. Pour enchilada sauce over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
