3 med. sweet potatoes, sliced
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 c. water, to cover potatoes
1 tbsp. flour

Place sweet potatoes on unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle sugar evenly over sweet potatoes. Dot with butter. Sprinkle flour over this. Pour water over all the above.

Place top crust on pie. Bake at 350 degrees until crust is brown.
