TURKEY GRAVY (Diet) 
3/4 c. cold skim milk
1/4 c. flour
1 c. hot turkey broth
1/2 c. egg substitute
1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
Mushrooms, optional

Blend the skim milk into the flour until smooth. Blend in the broth. Boil 1 minute. Blend the evaporated skim milk and egg substitute in a blender. Dribble hot mix in slowly. Add mushrooms, salt and pepper. Ladle over mashed potatoes made with evaporated skim milk, white ground pepper and butter buds.
