TURKEY GRAVY 
1 can tomato paste (sm. can)
1-2 turnips
1-2 sweet potatoes
1-2 potatoes
1-2 carrots
1-2 stalks celery
1-2 onions
Flour (I use the flour for gravy and sauces)

Cut vegetables into pieces. Place vegetables in turkey pan with drippings from turkey and some added water. When vegetables are done - strain. Place this liquid in a pot with tomato paste and water. Bring to boil. Sift flour to desired thickness, stirring all the time.
