TURKEY GRAVY 
Turkey parts (neck, etc.)
1 sm. onion
2 c. celery
Salt and pepper

Bring parts to boil and cut up celery and onion. Then cover and simmer 2 1/2 hours. Take out liver in 25 minutes. After 2 1/2 hours, take out meat and let cool. Chop up meat and add back to broth; and add, which should consist of 2 or 3 cups water.

In bowl, add 5 tablespoons flour. Run water into bowl to create thickening. Add slowly to broth until it is thick enough. Simmer until serving time.
