VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 c. cubed Velveeta
2 tsp. sugar
1 can French fried onions
1 c. water chestnuts
1 stick butter
1 tube Ritz crackers

Drain Veg-All, add mayonnaise, cheese, sugar, onions, water chestnuts which have been drained, sliced and quartered, and 1/2 of butter. Mix and pour in casserole dish. Crush crackers and mix with rest of butter and sprinkle on top. Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown at 350 degrees.
