DON'S LEMON CAKE PIE 
3 eggs, separated
2 tbsp. grated lemon peel
2/3 c. lemon juice
1 c. milk
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar

Beat egg whites in large mixing bowl, to stiff peak. Beat egg yolk, lemon peel, lemon juice and milk. Add sugar, salt and flour. Beat all together until smooth. Add lemon mixture to egg whites. Blend for 1 minute on low speed. Pour in pie pastry shell. Bake until golden brown at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
