COUNTRY SPARE RIBS 
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. pork spare ribs
1/2 c. steak sauce
1/4 c. honey

Place ribs in a Dutch oven and cover with water. Boil until tender. Meanwhile, combine steak sauce and honey. Drain ribs, grill ribs, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side, brushing often with sauce. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
