Trim off any unwanted fat. Wash or rinse off ribs. Salt and pepper, if desired add paprika for color. Roast in dry pan 1 hour at 350 degrees. No water yet. Now you can add 1 cup water and cover with lid or foil. Roast another hour or so. Adding more water or B.B.Q. sauce occasionally. |
