MARIE LAUX'S COUNTRY STYLE RIBS 
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. each of salt, paprika, chili powder, pepper

Bake ribs for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees, covered with beer. After 1 1/2 hours, pour off juices and excess fat. Add barbecue sauce. Bake uncovered 1/2 to 1 hour.
