COUNTRY SPARE RIBS | |
2 1/2 to 3 lb. spare ribs 1/2 c. steak sauce 1/4 c. honey Mix steak sauce and honey together to make sauce. Place ribs in heavy pan and cover with water. Cook until tender, drain. Grill ribs 3-4 minutes on each side, brush often with sauce. Yield: 4-6 servings. |
