SWEET AND SOUR COUNTRY RIBS 
2 lbs. country ribs
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 can sauerkraut
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Brown ribs in butter. Then put them in a crock pot on low. Add rest of ingredients, cover and let cook 9 1/2 to 10 hours, or until meat is tender. Serve over potatoes or noodles.
