1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg (slightly beaten)

Beat peanut butter and sugar together. Add egg. Form into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with fork. Bake 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Let cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.

Makes approximately 1 dozen cookies.
