CRANBERRY-ORANGE JELLY 
1 qt. cranberries
2 c. water
Grated rind of 1 orange
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. honey

Pick over the cranberries; wash and drain them. Put them in a saucepan with 2 cups of boiling water and the orange rind. Bring to a boil and simmer, covered for 20 minutes. Force through a fine sieve or food mill. Return mixture to saucepan and bring to a rapid boil; stir in the sugar and honey. Boil 3 minutes, then pour into hot, sterilized jelly glasses, seal with paraffin.
