HEART HEALTHY STIR FRY 
8-10 med. frozen raw shrimp
1/2 pkg. frozen pea pods, halved
1/2 can water chestnuts, sliced
4 mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

In wok, heat the oil, add the shrimp and toss until nearly done, about 2 minutes. Add pea pods, toss about a minute. Add mushrooms and water chestnuts, toss briefly. Serve each person 3/4 cup of rice, four or five shrimp and half the vegetables. Serves 2.
