INDONESIAN STIR FRY 
1/2 pkg. (6 oz.) oriental noodles
1 med. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. oriental cabbage, cut into pieces
1 med. tomato, chopped
4 stalks celery, sliced
1/4 c. soy sauce
A little water
2 tbsp. olive oil (or vegetable oil)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 chicken breasts, uncooked, cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 lb. shrimp, raw and peeled, with backs cut slightly
Tops of 1 bunch of spring onions, cut into pieces

Cook noodles and place in cold water until ready to use.

Heat oil in large frying pan. Add minced onion, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. When mixture turns a bit yellow, add chicken and shrimp and saute. Next add cabbage leaves, tomato, spring onions and celery, then soy sauce and a little water. Finally, add the drained cooked noodles and mix all together. (Serves 6-8)
