POTATO PUFF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. ketchup or chili sauce
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1/4 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. tater tots

Brown beef, onions and peppers. Add ketchup, soup and water; simmer. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover with tater tots. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until brown.
