SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 chopped green bell pepper
2 tbsp. oregano
1/2 c. ketchup
2 cans tomato sauce
2 tbsp. chopped garlic
Salt to taste
1 c. water

Brown ground beef; drain and set aside. Brown sausage, drain and set aside. Saute onion, garlic and pepper; add tomato sauce, ketchup, oregano and salt. Mix and simmer over medium heat. Add meats; stir and add water, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
